700000 moved in and 500000 moved out. The problems described are real here. There is gentrification going on in many places, no more free parking, etc., all of that contributing to the loss of the old local charm. Margatitaville is gone now in many places. Traffic, crowds, thankfully the snowbirds have departed once again and some normalcy has returned, best times of the year relatively speaking.
