He can and he should have. This pawn judge of Trump’s is not going to let it happen this year. It is a disgrace as the American people will vote without full knowledge of Trump’s dangerous to the nation acts and OBSTRUCTION.
Unfortunately, doing so will almost start the clock from zero in yetms of procedural elements and delays that would not help with the starting date. Perhaps best case would be to appeal the judge and throw her off the case. She’s given him enough ammunition to do so but she is very careful not to provide a smoking gun. He needs that to send her packing.
