What is it?
Many have found “GOD” as an answer, believing they will be sitting in some heaven after death, but so did the ….Indians. They had similar beliefs about what would happen to their spirits. They just did not invent a “God”. Muslims believe in our very same “GOD”, except they have a prophet, Muhammad, instead of us having the son of “God” …..Jesus, who basically seemed to be a great human being despite the fact that by today’s standards he could have been called a …hippie.
Others do not want to give up on dying and believe in reincarnation. They may come back as gofers on Murray’s golf course, though. 
I don’t know. This “God” discussion got me thinking again about stuff I try not to think about because when I ponder “what does consciousness means in this little dot in space we inhabit,” my head hurts.
How big is the universe? Where does it end? Is there an end? What’s beyond that?
In a few words, don’t give up looking but don’t make up placebos. The answers we probably could not understand let alone BARE!
