This is a meaningless political stunt because contraception is ubiquitous and easily and affordably available to EVERYONE. There is absolutely no need for further legislation to somehow make contraception even more prevalent than it already is.
Dimwit Markey gives up the game when he uses the term "constitutional right to contraception" - just like abortion, contraception is nowhere to be found in The U.S. Constitution, and is, therefore, an issue to be dealt with by the individual states.
This is simply more hysterical BS that means absolutely nothing because it will not make any difference whatsoever - other than to be a dog whistle to the loony tune lickspittles in the Democrat hive (e.g., the Pffffarters at the Further Freedom From Thought board).
