It's hard to say since it's not a real disease. Long Covid is defined as "continuation or development of new symptoms three months after the initial SARS-CoV-2 infection, with these symptoms lasting for at least two months with no other explanation." Notice that it doesn't say anything about a continuation of positive Covid test results.

Remember all those black and white movies and TV shows where some self-absorbed old lady would go on and on to anyone who would listen about all her aches and pains? Nowadays, doctors diagnose these whining hypochondriacs with "long Covid" and claim that the number of cases is soaring. But it's not real. It's in people's heads. If you look, you'll find that trannies make up a lopsided percentage of the sufferers. That's because no one is more self-absorbed than a tranny. You can verify this. I'm sure you know some.
