Re: “You sure IT ain't one???”
I'm sure that there's no evidence for it. "Long Covid" is just a doctor's catch-all for "patient has complaints I cannot verify or diagnose ... and had Covid at some point." Most people have had Covid (my wife and I have had it twice), so "Long Covid" can be diagnosed in anybody. It's the modern version of "hypochondria." Doctors have always had to deal with hypochondriac patients.

Where's my evidence? Only statistical. Look at who's "catching" it. Complainers. City dwellers. Queers and trannies. And old women who need to talk about their ailments.

It makes perfect sense. You can't terrorize a population for three straight years without creating a rash of neurotics! Many people who were afraid for so long now have head problems.

I'm guessing from your question that you know someone with Long Covid. I want to stress that ongoing effects from Covid-19 and from the vaccinations, are quite real. As with bronchitis or heart surgery, it can take a while to get back to normal after a nasty bout of Covid-19. What makes Long Covid different from that is that doctors don't get positive tests for it. A psychiatric approach may be called for.
