The bottom line is the 5th U.S. District Court, New Orleans, has found this to be unconstitutional, but this federal court does not cover Delaware, so the SCOTUS will have to finish this once and for all, take the stupid question out of the federal form.

He thinks if Hunter took the gun back at the time when it was retrieved after it was thrown away it would not have gone to trial.
When asked if he wanted it ack at the time, he said no and didn't press any charges against his girlfriend for throwing it away.
He didn't think it was a good decision having Naomi his daughter on the stand.
