“ Bump stocks or bump fire stocks are gun stocks that can be used to assist in bump firing, the act of using the recoil of a semi-automatic firearm to fire ammunition cartridges in rapid succession. The legality of bump stocks in the United States came under question following the 2017 Las Vegas shooting, in which 60 people were killed and 869 people injured.”

Incorrect decision pandering to the gun crowd that wants everything they can get. Mere logic says it turns a legal semiautomatic into a “machine gun”. Coupled with a 200 drum magazine and you have a people mower in everyone’s hands including the crazies, terrorists, you name it.

BREAKING: Supreme Court rules gun ‘bump stocks’ ban is unlawful
The Supreme Court ruled that federal ban on “bump stocks,” gun accessories that allow semi-automatic rifles to fire more quickly, is unlawful in a loss for the Biden administration.

In a 6-3 ruling on ideological lines, with the court’s conservatives in the majority, the court held that an almost 100-year-old law aimed at banning machine guns cannot legitimately be interpreted to include bump stocks.
