...that's pretty much the technique they used when David Muir interviewed him except with editing. Old Dave would ask a question that took him a couple of minutes to get out and then the camera would go dark and come back on with Biden mid screen and he would say "Yes" or "No". He had that vacant look in his eyes the whole time. It was pathetic.
...IMHO Joe was suffering from his mental problem in the last election when they sequestered him in his basement in maryland or wherever he's from. Joe would be a pathetic mess if he wasn't so dangerous to our freedom and the future of America.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
