WHAT he really is, (and the dementia does this in every single patient), is extremely confused with the inability to cognitively function due to all the plaque build up on his brain.
Most of the time dementia patients in the 4th stage on beyond will not remember lots of things like names of family members much less non-family, and at some point they become easily angry likely from frustration and will get loud.
He should have been declared mentally unfit some time ago which shows me the doctors are partisan and need to be replaced. It is so obvious what's going on to those who have taken care of men in the same exact condition as Joe and they know the downhill slide from here..
Biden must be removed from the office for the safety of the American people and the world as well.
WE also need to find out who really has been making all the calls behind the scenes. They were not elected President and have zero authority unless it is the VP.
