I'm posting this without having actually watched it. Twelve minutes of video is more than I can afford so early in our monthly data cycle. (There's still twenty days to go.)

But I watched the first few seconds and it looks interesting.

Those of you who can see stars and have an interest in what's about to happen might find it helpful. Just think: There's a star out there that's too dim to see that is accumulating carbon at a fantastic rate. Every 80 years or so, the carbon accumulation on the star's surface actually overheats the star and it detonates, throwing the carbon back into space and seemingly letting us see the birth of something new in the cosmos... for a short time. I'd have never dreamed up something so cool.
