I received a panic call around noon time from a client who is having trouble and cannot figure out what the problem is. I listened to the description and I cannot solve it from my office without seeing it. SO early in the morning I will take the 45 minute drive drive from my hotel to the company and get eyes on it and solve his problem. Hope it's operator error. Will see soon enough. I think I will take over Dunkin donuts for the crew. Need about 4 dozen. Then I'll get some for them..........
