Personally I suspect Gross Incompetence and Gross Negligence might be better answers. I believe I read somewhere that the 'Secret Service' agents that day were really third stringers from 'department of homeland security'. And if the 'secret service snipers' on one roof maybe thought the sniper was 'one of theirs' - that might explain the failure to fire when they should have. But, again, INCOMPETENCE is shown because the 'counter snipers' should have been made aware that 'one of theirs' was no longer available on that particular roof.

Was it Mayorkas who 'manages' homeland security which manages secret service?

In my opinion, who-ever was the highest ranking clown and everybody in the chain of command between him and the top dog of Trump's 'security detail' (inclusive) need to be Jailed, Fired, and stripped of all governmental pensions, salaries, perqs, and benefits.

Such gross incompetence and negligence needs to be severely punished.

So the SS was afraid to let it be known how many shots this punk got off at a former President and Presidential Contender for this coming election.

It don't get a whole lot worse than that.. Anyone still think was accidental this guy being allowed to climb up on a roof close to the President with a scoped Rifle ?

I think it was allowed to happen with a pretense of not being aware an armed sniper was close to a former US President giving a speech..

I also believe the Democrats were in on it via an indirect route..

NOBODY can be that blind and stupid.... well, except a democrat...
