As Twitchy readers know, Kamala Harris is famous (infamous?) for giving really really really really bad speeches. Heck, we covered one earlier this morning when she was asked by the press if she would work with the GOP on the southern border.
You guys are lucky because Libby Emmons was good enough to provide a transcripts of what the hell Kamala was saying during that same speech.
Unfortunately, it makes even less sense now.
Take a gander.

That was a string of 148 words that said absolutely nothing - NOTHING. 99% of the time, Kamala is simply so vague as to be incoherent. She cannot think on her feet and come up a cogent response to any meaningful question. She's dumber than a box of rocks. Hell, most of the time, even Brandon can't figure out what she's trying to say ...
You guys, even Grammarly (free software that provides AI writing assistance) can't figure out WTF Kamala was trying to say, here.
