Check time around .54 you’ll see a couple cops with their guns drawn.
They arrested the guy who took that video and confiscated his iPhone. He had to threaten to sue them to get it back. He had locked the phone before they grabbed it from him. He was afraid they would erase the video.
They haven’t asked him if he would give them a copy.
Very strange behavior by the cops.

I could not see any guns drawn - but the locals LE were obviously HIGHLY concerned and actively searching.

If those weapons WERE drawn, then they had firmly established a THREAT CONDITION existed far prior to the shooting (at least two minutes).

Inexcusable - couple that with the revelation that the SS Counter Sniper Team(s) had only been approved the PRIOR DAY - this really does have the imprimatur of a US GOVERNMENT black flag op.
