51,000 people. Depending on where you come from, it might be considered small. In California, for instance, Woodland was and is a hick town on the outskirts of Sacramento. I bet you've never heard of it. But guess what? It's bigger than Middletown OH.

Now, here in New Hampshire, Middletown would be the state's 3rd biggest city. Nobody would call it a small town, except maybe for me. Guess what, though? I also call the mountains east of the Mississippi "gopher mounds." That's pretty much all they are compared to the mountains I lived alongside in both Sacramento and Ogden.

Middletown Ohio is not a small town..

A couple of large steel mills are there and have been for a long time. I layed football in high school against Middletown High School. They had plenty of size and were tough. Middletown is no small town. It's a city.

'These doofuses that write stuff do not know what they are talking about.. Armco Steel was a huge employer in Middletown. Among others..

Small town my arse.....
