That IS surprising. But, there are billionaires and then there are billionaires ... in dealing with extremely wealthy clients, in the past, there is a huge difference between those who proactively made those fortunes (and ones who inherited it, but still actually work in the business) and those who are simply enjoying the fruits of their parents' and grandparents' labor. The former are usually FAR more forward-thinking and will cogitate on the harm the state is doing to them and those whom they employ, rather than lazily say "oh well" and bend over and take it because they have (or think they have) way more than they need to live an indolent, luxurious lifestyle on.
