'Undoing the taxing of American Citizens' IS what I'd like to see done.
What I saw in the first 'quote' was 'sending the money to each state' - Which to me means the fed still steals OUR money and 'doles it back to U.S.' . . . .

I think they are trying to refer to the undoing of taxing American citizens just so the federal bureaucrats can then dole it back out to the states and local communities as the bureaucrats see fit.
