IN short, there would be a lot of layoffs or outright downsizing of employees were that to be enacted because of the FACT that there are lots of things women cannot do that their male counterparts are designed to do.

Also, not everyone male or female are equal in ability, brainpower, experienced in a specific field.

This dipstick apparently does not know physically there is a vast difference in the skeletal/muscular design between the sexes.

EMOTIONAL stability also plays a HUGE ROLE in handling sensitive level decision making under duress.

One can tell The KAMEL is brainless twit without any personal experience in being in charge of a bunch of employees or meeting production standards and outputs at a profit for the company by which the paychecks of those employees is made..

WHAT a DOLT.....Stupidity on display I really did not think was possible at this level.. wow.....Rolling Eyes
