Three of the four cans in my cupboard (Old El Paso and Rosarita Traditional) are indeed made with lard. The fourth (Rosarita Vegetarian) is not. I'll need to make a point of checking while still at the store from now on. I appreciate the advice.

You might want to check the label on the refried beans. They are typically made with lard.

Otherwise, a great idea. I should have a better diet.
