Hyup - you are correct on Vance. I was previously NOT impressed with what Vance had to say about IRAQ - it pizzed me off, quite frankly. Sodamn Insane HAD to go - no two ways about it. Bush 1 and Powell SHOULD have finished the job the first time around, will grant you that. My little brother (F15 pilot) and his brothers in arms DID finish it up.

Did a search on Trump's positions also - he's gittin a lot of advice to 'pull the plug' but NOTHING Trump has said points in that direction - unlike what Vance is saying.

To micro - I am with ribit on Ukraine Issue. Ukraine GAVE UP THEIR NUKES in return for the WORD OF THE UNITED STATES to protect them against the Russians. Don't care if there was no treaty spelling it out - WE GAVE OUR WORD. And that counts for a LOT.

So, yes, micro - WE do owe the Ukrainians support.
