Now, I readily admit that this headline DID. NOT. SHOCK. ME. IN. THE. LEAST. I'm pretty sure it didn't surprise any of the rest of you, either. BUT, there was one lil' interesting wrinkle to the story ... the robber stepped out of a Range Rover to go over and hold up this DNC delegate on the sidewalk. Yep ... you read this correctly - an effing Range Rover. The base MSRP for a 2023 Range Rover was $104,500. Get a better trim and that went up to somewhere between $157,600 and $167,000 Get the high-end trim and that range went anywhere from $193,100 to $240,000.
Oh ... and this delegate was a 25-year-old from Texas. Dumbsh!t Democrat kid who isn't used to getting mugged on the street because, in Texas, that robber would more than likely get his ass blown off in the process. Heh heh heh heh heh.
People being robbed at gunpoint is no laughing matter. Liberals, who want to defund the police and weigh "social justice" over actual justice, having a karmic moment, however, is kind of funny in a bitter way.

In the strange upside-down world of the far-left, crime is the cry of the marginalized. Laws must be enforced selectively because of structural racism or something and not incarcerating dangerous people will lead to a more just society.
We are thankful no one was hurt or killed. Period. That said, maybe a little cosmic irony is called for here.
