First of all, this cobbled together name meets the classic definition of "Oxymoron."
Oxymoron ~ a figure of speech in which apparently contradictory terms appear in conjunction; a combination of contradictory or incongruous words.
Traditionally, the words "evangelical" and "evangelize" are assumed to be associated with the Christian faith, BUT that is simply a conventional assumption - "evangelize" (and "evangelical," the one who evangelizes) generically means to share, persuade, preach, and seek to convert someone to a religious faith. That could be any religious faith - yes ... Christianity, but also just as easily ... Buddhism, Hinduism, Judaism, and even Islam, which is usually done at the point of a knife. In addition, there is also another prevalent religion that is zealously practiced by Democrats - Humanism, which fervently celebrates abortion as one of its most beloved, devotedly followed sacraments.
So, "Evangelicals for Harris" is a name used to gaslight the weak-minded into automatically and foolishly buying the traditional Christian association with the term "evangelical," when in obvious fact, they are quite clearly (to anyone with an IQ above 60, that is) denoting a zealot of the Democrat Party's religion of Humanism.
And, they work HARD at this gaslighting, too. BEHOLD!
