sir wizard, Brian Kelly, Luke Fickel are two examples. Cincinnati has never been a football powerhouse except for a couple of season in my lifetime. Ohio State has just a few national titles in its collection. How many does Texas have?
With the Big Ten adding top schools into its conference like Washington and Oregon the conference, like the SEC, just got stronger..
As for being delusional, well, I've been called worse. I enjoy good football being played on the field. Two evenly matched great football schools going head to head is something to watch.. I like the competition as I was a former player in Ohio Big School division in High School. We won two state titles. My brother in Law played for the Buckeyes as their place kicker for Woody Hayes. So my roots run deep in football as my grandson was named ALL CITY starting linebacker in greater Cincinnati area. He has one more semester of college and he graduates with a perfect GPA. Such a polite, quite spoken kind young man. I am really very proud of him and his sister who is the Catcher in Women's softball at the University. Good luck to the Horns this season. Should be an exciting year for them.. |
