Now Micro,
I'm sure out there somewhere there is a Mama Bear making a baby bear to replace that one with.

Been a long while, but some lady was griping about the shrinking polar bear population . . .

It didn't take but a few minutes on the internet to find out that the polar bear population was INCREASING.

Now. For time immemorial we Humans have been pushing various species (including other humans) out of their 'traditional hunting grounds'. This really isn't that much different.

And. If that bear had been a properly mellow old fellow willing to live and let live it'd probably be still alive. Instead, the Bear decided it wanted to eat a dude for lunch. Fortunately for the dude he and his friend had the means to write the Bears eulogy.

welp,

when someone moves a bunch of T-Bone steaks, some porterhouse and sirloin on the hoof into the backyard of a natural predator that is a little hungry, what did they expect?

Were they short on brains AND common sense?

I understand the boys had to use lethal force and kill a majestic creature in self defense but don't anyone think they was just a little stupid for wandering into Grizzly range ????? If ya don't want to meet one face to face stay out of and off of their known roaming area.

Now because of their stupidity a magnificent animal is dead and can't be replaced. The bear did not deserve to be killed or die and would not have had these two morons decided NOT to go wandering around in its backyard...

All those two did was cost a Bear its life... For no reason.. They could have stayed out of its known territory.. They chose not to....
