Debate Rules for Tomorrow Night
Here's what the rules are:
No studio audience
No use of notes
No interrupting each other during the debate
Microphones will be muted when candidates are not speaking
No opening statements from the two candidates
The ABC debate also banned any props and it will include two commercial breaks.
...under the No Interrupting rule, will it be permissable for one candidate to "Cackle" amd roll their eyes while the other is talking?
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
