I can recognize some of the older male actors when I see them, but generally am clueless on the younger female ones.

Could be two causes on that.
Male actors (good ones) stay around longer, Hollywood cycles through pretty women like a baler in a hay field.

And could be that on the females, I don't pay enuf attention to their faces.

Honestly, not in a million years would I have expected even ribit to not "get" it. Maybe his eyesight is starting to fail.
