The Harris surrogate in question is Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey and she is quite simply gobsmacked by Raddatz' straightforward question: (1) because Healey has absolutely no answer with which to reply - other than the obvious fact that Harris is a mental deficient and a liar, and (2) because Healy quite frankly cannot comprehend that someone from ABC would actually have the audacity to ask her a pertinent question. This is hilarious!
