possibly in De's area or farther north.

Not here on the Mason-Dixon line. We mostly get all the pollen from the Mississippi up the Ohio river valley so there is a wide variety of allergens to keep yer head full, coughing, eyes watering, and sniffling.

It really does not snow here very much but when it does its
usually wet snow and some ice. Rare that it is dry and powdery.
