...had this post up when a thunderclap (which is worse than ordinary clap) took my electricity away. I thought I was gonna have to post by candle light. Anyway, I had just got back from taking mz ribit to the eye surgeon for cataract surgery. She got her right eye fixed and then tells me they gonna do the other eye in a week or ten days or so. I dunno why she needs two eyes for cooking and fetching, but her doctor agrees she needs it and there it is.
Govt won't pay for lazer surgery. Gotta fund that from the family vault which has a few moths left.
