The Israelis held back following the previous attack. But Iran went ahead and sent another couple of hundred missiles towards them anyway.
So it seems like this is the moment that Israel is going to respond to Iran and on a large scale. They may also target its leaders.
It is going to be an unusual sort of war with neither side able to gain easy access to the other's territory on the ground or by sea. The only way it really can happen is by aerial means, with Syria, Jordan and Iraq watching missiles sailing through the sky above them, like so many dragons.
