I wouldn't mind losing weight until I reach the medically ideal weight for a 5' 10" man: 140 lbs. 

...thats the ideal weight as far as pall bearers are concerned. They don't want to lug no 300 pounder up a hill and toss him in a grave.

No, not fat - though I wouldn't mind losing weight until I reach the medically ideal weight for a 5' 10" man: 140 lbs.

But, as I previously wrote, the benefits of such a regimen are stunning. (If you want to read the New England Journal of Medicine article, let me know. I've already scanned and distributed it, so it's no extra work for me.) I probably won't continue every other day fasting for long - though it sure would be neat to do it for a month! I'll quit when either my will power or health take a downturn.
