...ya might want to try beating on your thumb with a hammer. You will feel better when you stop. Works on same principle as fasting.

Re: “Fast #2 is now over.”It's midnight and fast #3 has just begun.

My current plan is to do this for a week (four fasts) since that was an early goal, then call it quits for a while. Then I'll do it again. The length of "a while" depends on how I feel after four fasts. One was easy. Two was pretty hard. Will my body start bending to the routine, making it easier? I don't yet know.
