Biden just announced that they will pay off student college debt.

Don't they need Congressional approval to steal money for vote buying like this?

What about all of us who paid for our college tuition out of our own pockets and did not complain nor gripe about it.
True that the GI Bill was a huge help but I did not always use that and sometimes could not..

Since when can a President just reach into the Treasury and help himself to Billions of dollars of our money without the consent of Congress who supposedly holds the PurseStrings?
