This is another part of the argument against gross inequality. It isn't so much that it is a bad thing for a person to make wealth and enjoy the benefits of it. It's that somehow vast wealth often acts to destabilise societies.

And, as it turns out, he has little idea about how societies work, he has almost no loyalty to anyone, nor is he a safe person to exercise his power.
