Thank you. As you know, we worry a bit when you stop posting.

My wife knows to do the same, btw. But I don't have a serious problem like you do. Not that I know of, at least.
Re: “Funny thing is I don't really eat much so it has to be the lack of burning calories which I cannot help.”That's not the only possibility. You could be suffering from water weight gain. If you want to find out, make sure your doctor doesn't object and then restrict yourself to 1.5 liters of liquids per day for two weeks or so. If you have excess water, doing this will cause you to rapidly shed it. In my case, I dropped a pound a day. I was thirsty the whole time - but then I had a problem that made me thirsty anyway so it really wasn't too different.

If you do this, it's important to keep your electrolytes high. My solution to that was to eat normally (salads, soups, etc.) but to only drink gatorade.

That's it. Something you might want to try.

While I am helping my largest client with a new project and now waiting on him to return a text message, I simply really don't feel like doing anything else.

I have noticed that I am increasingly more fatigued and I haven't done anything to cause me to feel like that..

It's also more difficult to just drive 5 or 6 hours going to see a client.
I slept pretty well but do need to leave my bed every night at some time due to arthritic pain in all the places it is in my body like shoulder joints, hips, knees.

So I am wearing out physically and am not allowed to do much physical work due to the condition of my heart.

I do what I can but cannot lift any more than 20 pounds according to cardiologist.

I told him my stomach weighed more than that. He laughed but said that was not included.

He did also say to see about shedding those pounds.

I told him I would try. A year later it still hasn't happened.

Funny thing is I don't really eat much so it has to be the lack of burning calories which I cannot help.

I have a very difficult time walking any distance due to arthritis so I am kinda SOL.

I am going to go take a nap as I am yawning and feeling tired.

All kidding aside, I have asked my wife to please let you all know if I am taken from this world to my eternal home. We just don;t know when that will happen but it will happen one day for all of us.

The average lifespan of men my age who have had my heart issues is 5 years. Those are statistics kept by the hospitals who treat heart patients like Johns Hopkins, Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, and lots of others.

I want to enjoy what time I have left and get things in order so miz micro does not have to do anything when I am taken.
I am really excessively tired so I need to go lay down.

See y'all later.
