The biggest danger in having such a small majority is that a handful of Republicans could betray their own side and vote with Democrats to kill key parts of the MAGA agenda. Republicans, unfortunately, have betrayed their own side in recent years far more frequently than Democrats. They could even lose the majority before 2026. Probably not, but it could happen.
