I have a picture of my mother on my desktop screen.
Mom always has your back. Mom is always there when ya need someone to talk to. Mom is always there when ya just need a hug. My regret in life is that I should have spent more time with her than I did. I miss her.
Like you, I will see my mother again one day and she will have a new, eternal, perfect body and look like herself without infirmities and her own natural hair. She was a giving person who tried to always make other people happy.
Thank you for bringing back some wonderful memories!

You can direct that hat tip to my sainted Mother ... who, I am sure, is looking at me from Heaven, above, rolling her eyes and shaking her head with a smirk on her face. At one time, here on this earth, she was an English teacher who was fiercely determined, while she had a hold of my ear, to make sure I knew how to communicate properly. I used to tease her incessantly with the excuse that, "I don't speak English ... I speak Southern." My protests never phased her in the least and were roundly ignored.
I loved her, then ... I love her, now ... and I will always love her. With apologies to all Democrats, everywhere, my Mother was a fine woman.
