Re: “I washed dishes for the largest restaurant in the county all summer long when I was in High School.”
One of the stupidest arguments I've seen for allowing aliens into the country illegally is "Americans won't do the work." B u l l * * * t . Americans will do *ANY* work if the price is right. So let's start with that.

What zz is doing is broadcasting his utter ignorance as to how prices are dictated by supply and demand. If there is demand for a job (or product), the supply of suitable and willing workers adjusts upwards as the wage rises. At the right price, people are willing to do any legal job an employer offers.

So, yeah. Like you, I washed dishes. It didn't pay much but it was honest work and I lacked the skills for better work. But you know what? It wasn't the hardest work I ever did. That would be when I was even younger. I delivered store flyers door-to-door at 2¢ per house. In four hours, I could do 500 houses and earn ten dollars. If that doesn't sound hard, try it sometime - four hours of nearly always walking fast while rolling flyers into rubber bands and strapping them onto door handles. Most weekends, I did this on Saturday and Sunday. On occasion, the work was doubled - so I'd be out both days delivering flyers to a total of 2,000 houses. It was exhausting - but, hey, I was a kid... 12-years-old when I started. Making $40 over a weekend was fantastic.

Is the SHART saying that he is not included in the statement "AMERICANS"

How would he know? He's wrong about 99.9 percent of the time so he opens his mouth and sticks his foot in it yet again.

I washed dishes for the largest restaurant in the county all summer long when I was in High School. It was a cafeteria style dining restaurant and was in the largest indoor mall at that time in the city suburbs.
A few thousand place settings and tableware and pots and pans every day.

Yeah. Americans are all lazy .. NOT.

After war and college I did not need to work at the cafeteria anymore. I was more qualified for other things and had enough ambition to go after things.
I am still ambitious. Willing to learn and love to read.

WHAT the shart does not understand is that many Americans from all walks of economic plateaus will do whatever is necessary. The exception would be liberal elitists aho want every one else to work and they always want to steal some of their hard earned income..

If the condition is so bad, and you can't stand it, why don;t ya go back to that ****hole GREECE and don;t let the door hit ya in the *** on the way out..

If ya need a plane ticket let me know. I'm just a lazy arse with a whole lot more wealth than you ever dreamed of.

You would never know it to see me at a store or out anywhere in public or by what I drive or the house I live in.

I highly recommend the book :The Millionnaire Next Door".

It may surprise ya..
