Re: “You will never be able to find a file again.”
No, there are no files that cannot be found... except if you allow Microsoft OneDrive to be enabled in which case 'God Have Mercy On Your Soul.'

I was smart enough to have disabled OneDrive from the get go, so I've never been plagued by it. My sister, though... wow. She calls me all the time for help and I don't even know what to tell her. We eventually find her missing files on OneDrive but I have not been able to stop other things from moving to it. I guess this is good since she and I wouldn't otherwise be talking.

...you will get endless updates. If you some programs you use a lot will completely disappear. It will update itself whether you like it or not. It will even update itself while you are using it whether you like it or not. You will never be able to find a file again. In short, anything the isn't useful for microsoft and or the govt to use to gather information on you for tax purposes or for the purpose of some spammer to sell you something will be gone or modified into uselessness. In short everything past windows 7 is a virus and bill gates is the anti christ.
