Well, Boss.
Where I used to work we still had a computer system with five computers still running Windows 2000. (Until they shut the doors and I retired.)

I also have an XP machine sitting here on my desk that I use once a week. Yeah, they don't get udpates and ya can't run the latest programs . . . but there is no reason I can see why one can't just keep using them till the hardware won't work.

Besides, with your money you could buy yourself a brand new Windoze-11 machine. (I had to do that to do my taxes this year . . . and found out that it has this teeny tiny little thumb sized dingus that was a 500 Gig hard drive - and I had accidently bought two of them at Wal-mart for $40 each.)
