But, but, but, but ... these commoners are an inconvenience to the leftist elites, so naturally they called the police to incarcerate them for exercising their First Amendment rights!

The "elites" effed up ... they called the local cops, who understand the law, when they should have called the Stasi of the Biden administration, the FBI, who don't give a sh!t about the law.

Fairfax County Public Schools called the police on journalists who were on public property covering an alleged high school football recruiting scandal. When the police arrived, officers said the journalists could be there.
