If you want the good bacteria eat fking GREEK YOGURT. In America it is by FAGE. Chobani is by a Turk trying to play Greek. It’s not that good. Strained FAGE with some honey on top makes a perfect breakfast companion to nice hot coffee or espresso.
Shove the raw milk. Only “elites” are stupid enough to get sick from it. Even in remote Greek villages in the mountains they BOIL THE MILK FROM THE ANIMALS.
