I twice attempted to write and twice my fat fingers hit a key that wiped out my messages. This is attempt three except I need to get ready to go see the Audiologist.
We were without power most of the night up until about 40 minutes ago Apparently some drunk took out a pole and shut down the power to about 2,000 homes.
Fortunately the power company got it restored fairly quickly so I could have my morning caffeine Fix.
Yes, I am tired. Yes I am old. Not ancient. (like some I know)
Yes I am nearly deaf. Too many years in the factory hearing mechanical presses stamping even with hearing protection in my ears.
So I need to get ready to go for a drive to visit the hearing doctor so I can make a donation to them for the holidays.
Speaking of donations that are worthwhile.
I have become friends with Pastor Ron Hutchcraft in Arkansas. Ron Hutchcraft ministries serves a native American tribe there and they are teaching them and helping them with all the essentials they need and cannot afford including clothing, food and other essentials. They also provide Bibles to them for free and help the people with any physical problems and housing issues as well.
I support them and PAstor Ron and have become friendswith him over the past ten years..
Hoping to go visit him and the Church as soon as I can..
I would love to see the ministry.
Well, it's time for me to leave and head off to the hearing doctor. Miz micro is giving orders and I enjoy what health I have.. So I need to get going.
