Nah, here's my suggestion. Any deportees who are willing to go back to their country of origin are immediately sent there. For all other deportees, we establish a large beachhead on the Venezuelan coast. Anything that approaches (from land, sea, or air) within 3 miles of said beachhead is destroyed - no questions asked. We ship in and offload all of our remaining deportees, no matter their national origin, onto said beachhead. Once we have them all ashore in Venezuela, we leave.
