For example.
You go out and purchase the car of your dreams. Its brand new. You are enjoying a nice sunny day drive, come to a stop sign. Stop for three seconds, then proceed. Ya get halfway across and suddenly your new car is T-boned big time.
Its your problem to get it repaired or fixed cuz it wasn't the other jerk's fault.. They thought it was a great idea to share the really bad driver's rates with the good drivers so they came up with NO FAULT car insurance. The insurance companies love it.. THis way everyone gets screwed.
The west coast isn't the only place that is the land of FRUITS and NUTS. Michigan is included with them.
