what do their facial features tell you about where they are from?

It is not here in the U.S.

Try south, waaaaaay south of the border. I would bet that they are illegals from Central America doing what they did there: stealing from others.

BUT, their gubmints said they was sending us their best.

IF those gubmints is telling the truth, I would hate to see their worst...
and it don't speak well for those third world countries.

...ya don't suppose some of these looters might have started the fires so the gubmint can order evacuations and they can loot? At the very least it is a symbiotic relationship.
