Good morning Zim!

You are exactly correct. Different translations are all variants. I use the KJV because I have the backgrounds of every single one of the Hebrew and Greek scholars that were considered the best in all of England and yet, none of them felt themselves worthy to translate the Words of God into the Kings English. They were humble scholarly men who were experts in Latin, Greek, Hebrew.

I find knowing the very men who did the translations from Greek and Hebrew to be comforting with the knowledge that the very brightest men on earth in those languages who considered themselves unworthy for this task, did it anyway so all the common people who spoke English could have a copy of The Holy Scriptures.

Verse 21. . . Many different variations. From warm clothing to 'scarlet clothing'. I also saw something about servants. . . but NOTHING about MaMa taking up a snow shovel.
