Thanks Professor.

Good to know. I am not an auto mechanic and what I do know is that I need to let real mechanics figure this out. That does not include me.. Laughing

The vehicle was towed yesterday to the best Hyundai service center in greater Cincinnati which that dealership also is a premier Acura, and Chevrolet dealership. Top dog in the entire city.

They are the ones who went to bat for my Sonata engine with Hyundai at 104,000 miles and a seized engine.

This one should be a no brainer. All I know is the car is making some kind of noise from low in the engine block when you drive it now. Its kinda scary to listen to it and I wasn't about to drive it 22 more miles to get to the dealership.

Something internally drank the oil as I am very diligent to stay up on the oil and other fluids on my cars.
I depend on them as I need to travel often to various cities.

I am hoping for a new long block replacement from Hyundai. We will see what the mechanics uncover and I'll let y'all know what they uncover.

I know this much. MY NEXT vehicle will be a Toyota Avalon. And that could happen right after I get this SUV back. No way I can trust it anymore.

It is the very top of the line Tuscon. Nice vehicle. But now I am at the point that I can't afford to get stranded in the middle of nowhere with this again..

AT least I get to spend the weekend with miz micro..

Its her privilege to have me around.. lol!!!!!
(Been around Ribs too much)
