...Notre Fricken Dame has a contract with one of the big media broadcasters. They don't want to share any of it with anyone such as a conference that has a contract which would nullify the big bucks Notre Fricken Dame gets. It's all about the money.

...btw: If Notre Fricken Dame wins 3 games they will get a bowl invite.

Sire,

which SEC teams are in the college football championship game?
I am not a "fan" of the SEC but I look at the individual teams and their results. Same with the Big Ten teams. Some are really good year over year and then there may be an off season..

I think college football power basically can only been found in the SEC and the BIG TEN conferences.
Notre Dame does not play enough really good and strong football teams during the year to be on the same performance level as Texas, Bama, Georgia, OSU, Oregon, Penn State and others.

I think that is why they will not join a good football conference. It's why they remain an independent. To keep from playing a strong schedule where they are likely going to sustain a loss or two over the year.

It's just my opinion but it sure does appear that way...
